I was blown away on how i was treated and ultimately taken cared of at Maxin Hair restoration when i had my hair transplant procedure at their makati facility. From the months where i had planned on getting the procedure talking to Mar and asking any queries i had about how to go about it, to coordinating anything and everything i needed, to finally getting there and having them take me in and assisting me on every detail needed to help me alleviate my anxieties, it was truly a great and wonderful experience. I am very grateful and extremely satisfied on how i was treated by the entire staff from Dr mike, to Mar and to the rest of the staff at Maxin, thank you for your attention to detail and helpful guidance and explanation even after the procedure you are available and care about your clients. Smooth process all throughout from consultation to post-op care. Dr. Mich is very accommodating and responsive about questions both before and after the operation. Dr. Mike and the team that were assigned to me were very engaging and entertaining, which helped so much in alleviating the fatigue and discomfort because of the long hours. Dr. John was very good in pain management. He also made sure that I feel relaxed and comfortable during the procedure. They set proper expectations on the procedure, recovery period, and success rate. They give you step by step instructions on post op do's and dont's, to make sure you get the best results. The facility is very conducive. You won't feel you're undergoing a procedure. It's more like taking a day off and visiting the spa. Relaxing and invigorating. And the staff, from Dr. John to Ms.Rich and all the nurses, are very nice. They genuinely want to help you regain your hair and your confidence. Why suffer from baldness if you can do something about it? Maxim will help you. Don't mind the cost. I tell you, it's worth it.

I just had FUE earlier and I found their service excellent. the medical team are easy to talked to, Doc John Ocampo is an expert surgeon and knows what to do and provides excellent recommendation about your condition and also Sir Mar very helpful and accomodating. he explains everything that you need to know about every procedure and provide facts that you need to expect. he offer great deals as well. I had FUE last May 0f 2019, the procedure was a success! and my front scalp got some hair, although not totally covered as this is quiet normal for a first timer, i will have my second round this end January. Maxim did a fantastic job, the crews are superb & well knowledgeable.

This was my second implant. The first was in 2018 and evidently I was very satisfied with the result. Dr. John Ocampo is amazingly gentle with his hands and the procedure went smoothly as expected. Nurses Tuks, Donna and Val were all friendly and skillful at harvesting the donor implant. Mr. Mar helped and guided me during the pre and post op procedure. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. They took care of my lunch and dinner making sure that I was well fed. They even bought my meds. I would say that the second procedure was a confirmation of my absolute trust in the team of Dr. John Ocampo.
