Dear Mac, Your staff here are hands-down fantastic and all should be commended for their efforts. After a brief consultation with Devin, I knew that MAXIM would be the ideal place for my hair transplant. Devin was very knowledgeable and eased any existing anxieties I had regarding the procedure. If I ever had any questions or felt unsure of something, Devin was always there at a moments notice. Such a great, reliable person! My surgery was performed by Josh, who was simply outstanding at what he does. He has a chill, comforting personality, great attention to detail, and extremely artistic while designing my new hairline. I honestly felt incredibly lucky to have had the surgery performed by Josh... just an amazing human being. Technical work was performed by Cristine and Roxanne, who were wonderful personalities to be around. They were extremely efficient in their work and were always there to help if I was experiencing any discomfort. We took a break about halfway through and the staff offered me some takeout Indian food... bomb. I could not have imagined a smoother, more enjoyable experience from a procedure. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at MAXIM Hair Restoration in Albany! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and professional. I was hesitant at the beginning, but he was very patient, reassuring, and easy to talk to. He even followed up with me for multiple days after my procedure, to make sure everything was healing okay and that I was doing well! The facility itself is state-of-the-art and immaculate. It's clear that MAXIM prioritizes patient comfort and safety. (I was even able to watch TV during the latter half of the procedure, which helped it fly by). The modern equipment and comfortable environment helped alleviate any anxiety I had about the procedure. I am already beginning to see the results of my FUE and I couldn't be happier. The natural hairline that Rhonda and Margaret and the team meticulously created for me looks fantastic. I am excited to see the full transformation in the coming months. I went in for a consultation with Devin and it went great. He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer a million questions that I had about the procedure. He got me set up with an appointment and was available to answer any questions and concerns whenever I had them. I went to several clinics before MAXIM and would highly recommend them as they use the best and most recent techniques and procedures. I would recommend the MAXIM Latham office to anyone in the area looking into hair transplant. Great place!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Devin is a wonderful person who coordinated scheduling the consult and procedures. He was very responsive to my many questions, without complaint, and very courteous. The crew who performed my transplant procedure: Ronda, Cristine, Teddy, and last but not least Margaret. These folks are the best. They were attentive to my every need, and the procedure, while long, was done with professionalism and in a personal manner.
